ESG-Portfolio-Strategie<\/h1><\/div>

Ashtrom Properties Germany GmbH setzt konsequent die ESG-Strategie und -Ziele der Ashtrom Group um. Diese Strategie und Ziele sind auf der offiziellen Website der Gruppe nachzulesen: https:\/\/www.ashtrom.co.il\/en\/esg<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Um diese Ziele zu erreichen, f\u00fchrt Ashtrom Properties Germany detaillierte Portfolioanalysen f\u00fcr jede einzelne Immobilie durch. Dabei wird der aktuelle Status aller Objekte in Bezug auf ESG-Kriterien erfasst, um langfristig die ESG-Konformit\u00e4t des Portfolios zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n

Die Ladeinfrastruktur wird entsprechend der Nachfrage weiter ausgebaut und an die Anforderungen des deutschen Geb\u00e4ude-Elektromobilit\u00e4tsinfrastruktur-Gesetzes (GEIG) angepasst.<\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus ber\u00fccksichtigt das Unternehmen stets die nachhaltigen Ziele der aktuellen und zuk\u00fcnftigen Mieter, damit die Immobilien weiterhin attraktiv bleiben.
